Signature arc and the 100 mg strength block. Never a text colour.
NEXTGENART 100 mg film-coated tablets
Signature arc and the 100 mg strength block. Never a text colour.
Wordmark, product name, strength numerals, background for the reversed wordmark.
Reserved for the planned 50 mg strength block. Not used before that strength is approved.
Front panel background. Keeps the 2D code window and Braille area clean.
Screen values are for orientation only. Print to the spot colour references and the approved master proof.
Cartons print PDP Blue as PANTONE 2945 C spot colour. The CMYK build 100 / 53 / 2 / 16 is only allowed for digitally printed components and labels printed in CMYK.
Why: The CMYK build of 2945 drifts visibly between print runs; the corporate band must look the same on every product on the pharmacy shelf.
Automated checkCarton PDF has a separation named "PANTONE 2945 C"; corporate band and logo use it at 100 %.
Measured on the corporate band, the printed PDP Blue must be within ΔE00 2.0 of the approved master proof on the actual board or label stock.
Reference: ISO 12647-2 / ISO 12647-6 (print process control); company master proof PDP-MP-2026
On NEXTGENART packs Algotinib Amber is the only accent colour. PDP Teal appears only as the thin line of the corporate band, not as an accent elsewhere.
Why: Look-alike risk with the company's teal-accented respiratory range, and an unambiguous strength coding. Replaces the company rule PDP-COL-03 for this product.
100 mg uses the Algotinib Amber block, the planned 50 mg uses the NEXTGENART Violet block. Colour supports the numeric strength and never replaces it; the strength block carries nothing but the strength.
Why: Medication error prevention: two strengths of the same oral oncology product must not be confused.
Algotinib Amber is not used for text (contrast about 1.7 : 1 on white) and not behind mandatory text other than the strength numerals.
Set all packaging text in Source Sans 3 (Regular, Semibold, Bold). Arial is the fallback only where the typeface cannot be embedded, for example on variable data printers. No condensed, light or italic cuts for mandatory text.
Automated checkFonts embedded in the artwork PDF are Source Sans 3 (or Arial in variable-data fields).
Mandatory particulars on outer and immediate packaging at least 7 pt, with a lower-case x-height of at least 1.4 mm. Package leaflet body text at least 9 pt with at least 3 mm line spacing.
Why: Company minimums follow the European Commission readability guideline; national requirements that are stricter win.

Automated checkSmallest mandatory text ≥ 7 pt and x-height ≥ 1.4 mm; leaflet body ≥ 9 pt, leading ≥ 3 mm.
Mandatory text in Text Black (100 % K) or PDP Blue (100 %) on white or on tints up to 10 %. No tints for text. No white reversed mandatory text below 9 pt.
Automated checkContrast ratio of every mandatory text run ≥ 4.5 : 1 (internal benchmark).
